Explosion Rocks Cheyenne, Wy. Oil Refinery

A fire erupted in a crude oil processing unit at Frontier Refining in Cheyenne, Wyoming on Wednesday. Neighbors reported hearing a big bang, and some said their houses shook, although no injuries were reported.
