Scaffolding Collapse Delays Central American Games

High winds knocked down a scaffolding rigged with lights and giant video monitors at a stadium in Puerto Rico where the Central American and Caribbean Games (COMAZ) were set to begin Saturday. The accident reportedly injured five people and forced a one-day delay of the games.
