Military Police Use Pepper Spray on Moshers

Military police at Fort Bragg, North Carolina are defending the use of pepper spray at a Fourth of July concert by the rock group Chevelle. A military spokesman says police were concerned for "the safety of small children who were beginning to get pushed up against the metal rails," and used a necessary level of force to restrain two people.
