Two Greenpeace activist climbed on stage and stole the podium from BP's Chief of Staff Steve Westwell's speech at the World National Oil Companies Congress in London today. "End of the oil age!" they demanded. Both were dragged away by security.

The speech was scheduled to be given by Tony Hayward, BP's chief executive, and was originally entitled, "Key roles and responsibilities of international oil companies in an age of uncertainty." It was supposed to be his first public appearance in the UK since the Gulf oil spill began, according to The Guardian.
